This digital first aid course has been developed by physician Terje M. Halvorsen, who is also a first aid instructor with extensive experience in the field.

The course content is a combination of instructional videos, lecture videos, text, and Q&A sections. Everyone who completes and passes the final course test will automatically receive a course certificate.
The course content includes, among other things: assessing a person, evaluating unconsciousness, recovery position, maintaining a clear airway, determining whether a person is breathing or not, CPR with single-rescuer and two-rescuer techniques, use of a defibrillator, drowning incidents, treatment of cuts and wounds, foreign object obstruction (abdominal thrusts/Heimlich maneuver), heart attack, stroke, burns, spinal injuries, and soft tissue injuries.
The course takes approximately 60–90 minutes to complete, depending on your prior first aid knowledge.
The course is available in Norwegian, English, and Polish.
Course prices:
1–50 participants: NOK 395 excl. VAT per participant
50–200 participants: NOK 316 excl. VAT per participant
200–500 participants: NOK 277 excl. VAT per participant
Over 500 participants: NOK 195 excl. VAT per participant
Course prices will be added with 25 % VAT.

The course license is valid for 6 months.
